Our High Impact Training (HIT) programs are conducted in English and/or Bahasa Melayu and are designed using the latest learning theories, focus on adult learning principles, experiential paradigm and constructivist approach. We embrace the philosophy of “Just Enough Theory, Ample Skills Practice” to enable transfer of training to our participants.
Deliveries are experiential, interactive and engaging. Various training methods are used such as in group and individual activities, game-based learning, gamification, and online resources to ensure participants are engaged with the trainer, training materials and one another.
